2️⃣ Fastest-Moving Price Ranges ($300K–$1M)

  • 400–500K → 10 days

  • 700–800K → 72 days
  • 900–1M → 85 days
  • Hot Spots: Barre Town, Northfield, and Middlesex stood out with strong demand and quick sales.

3️⃣ What Styles of Homes Are Selling?

When it comes to property type, single-family homes continue to outperform condos across all three counties — though well-priced condos in Burlington and Montpelier are holding their ground.

By style, colonials are leading the charge, but capes and ranches remain strong contenders, especially in Franklin and Washington Counties where buyers are prioritizing affordability and function.

💡 Takeaway: Vermont Real Estate Still Has Hot Spots

While the broader market shows signs of normalization, Northwestern Vermont remains competitive in key towns and price ranges. Sellers in high-demand areas like Burlington, Shelburne, and St. Albans Town are still seeing multiple offers — especially when homes are priced right and move-in ready.
