It’s location is ideal for locals who love the lake but also want access to nature including hiking trails and the ski mountains of the surrounding areas. It is within 3.5 hrs of major cities such as Boston, Portland, Portsmouth, Montreal, Albany, Manchester. Lake Champlain hosts boating competitions.
